We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the GRO, the HSE, or the Irish Government. All official certificates are issued exclusively by the relevant government registrars.

Users can also apply for these certificates directly through official government channels (such as HSE.ie or civilregistration.ie) at the statutory rates set by the Irish authorities.

3. Conditions of Use

By using this website and our services, you agree to:

6. Pricing and Payment

Our service fee is clearly displayed on the website before the user confirms their order. This fee includes the statutory cost of the certificate, our professional management fee, and standard shipping.

Payment is required before we begin the search and application process. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted.

7. Processing and Delivery

Once we receive your payment, we aim to process your application with the registry within 2–5 business days. Once the government office issues the certificate, delivery times depend on the postal service (An Post/DHL/Standard Mail).

We are not responsible for delays caused by the General Register Office (GRO) or postal service disruptions.

8. Refunds

For details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of government applications, once a search has been initiated or the application submitted to the GRO, the fee is non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property
